Feb 20, 2019

Hey everyone and welcome to Episode 234 of BTK.  For this, our first episode in our “Monsters in March” series, we are gonna be reviewing “Dagon”, which is Stuart Gordon’s adaptation of the H.P. Lovecraft classic story, “The Shadow Over Innsmouth”.  Why did he choose to call it "Dagon", rather than "The Shadow Over Innsmouth"?  I have no damn idea, considering Dagon is its own story.  Maybe it was because “Dagon” is a more memorable title, and really, not much actually happens in the “Dagon” story, so its unlikely that anyone would ever adapt that particular story.   But I digress, Luke and I are going full-on sea creature for this episode, so hopefully you guys will have some fun with this one.  That’s what this month of shows is supposed to be about, after all.
